Construction Work

Job Responsibilities:
Manage ten direct report supervisors for a 400+ workforce operating 3 shifts a day, 6 days a week
Oversee production, setup, inventory and material flow operations
Manage schedule and workflow for efficiencies to meet customer demand
Generate and promote problem solving and continuous improvement activities
Manage team member performance while motivating, coaching and developing supervisors
Promote a safe work environment through training and auditing of compliance
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of Production Management experience in a manufacturing environment of 200+ team members
Contain a successful background of Lean Manufacturing and 5S implementation
Proven experience of problem solving methodology in a manufacturing environment
Previous background with production schedule in a fast paced and flexible environment
Extensive safety training background
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and experience with Inventory Management Systems
Associates degree in a manufacturing, business or engineering field
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Lean and 5S Training
CNC Machining experience
OSHA 40 Hour Course Certificate or equivalent
Bachelors Degree in a manufacturing or management field
